1. Who is the builder?
a. Blakewood will build your
new home. The partners of Blakewood have been custom building
homes along the Wasatch front since 1994 and focus on
building high quality homes that you can be proud of and
that hold their value. Often times our homes appraise
for more than the sales price, creating instant equity
for our buyers. Our “hands on” approach to
building your new home will ensure value, quality and
professionalism.

2. How many floor plans do you
have to choose from?
a. Although we have home plans
that will fit the style of this development, we strongly
suggest our clients meet with one of our architects to
find their perfect home plan. While we can provide you
with plans, you will benefit more from selecting a custom
plan which will better accommodate your family and your
lifestyle.

3. How long will it take to build
my home?
a. Normally your home will be
completed within six months from the commencement of construction.
However, the time can vary due to weather, the scale of
your home and the availability of materials and scheduling
of sub-contractors.

6. How much will my new home
cost?
a. Your final cost will depend
on the size and style of home you select. Your building
lot and type of construction materials will also play
a role in determining the final price of your home. The
final price of your home will be determined before construction
begins so you know exactly what to expect.

7. Can I buy a lot without purchasing
the home?
a. Yes, however, those who
purchase a lot will be required to conform to the neighborhood
CC&R’s. And, like those building with Blakewood
LLC, individual lot buyers must have their home plan
approved by the architectural committee. This will help
to maintain the high quality feel of this development
and the overall value of the community.

8. Can I use my own builder?
a. Yes, we allow buyers
to purchase lots and use their own builders. However
all buyers will be required to adhere to the strict CCR’s
to ensure quality and high values throughout the community.
